Set device to relax mode and paint the neck, shoulders, and back with the Y-bar for 3 to 5 minutes

Dose areas of stickiness

Lower power level to 1 and switch to acute 3:1

Locate Vagus Nerve

Place Y-bar on nerve and wait for muscle contraction

Gradually turn power higher until desired amount of contraction

Allow 8 to 10 "good" contractions

Repeat on contra-lateral (opposite) side
