With the device set to Blue Relax mode, use the Y-bar to treat the entire flexor muscle group all the way from the wrist to the elbow, across the triceps and stopping at the shoulder joint. Treat for 4 minutes.

With the Y-bar, treat the point of greatest pain from the medial epicondyle (elbow) to the wrist for 2 minutes.

Now set the device to Modulate 1:1. Using stationary treatment, apply the Y-bar to the area of greatest pain in the forearm muscles or tendons, keeping the electrode balls in line with the muscles and tendon fibers. Treat for 1 minute.

Apply one electrode ball to the medial epicondyle (elbow) and position the other electrode ball distal to the first, in line with the muscle and tendon fibers as seen in the image below. Treat for 1 minute.

Using stationary treatment, apply Y-bar to each of the involved trigger points (tender nodules in taunt bands of muscle or tendon attachments that provoke a radiating pain response). Treat each involved trigger point for 1 minute each.

Apply the first pad on the forearm so the near edge is 1 inch distal to the area of greatest pain upon palpation. See image below. This may be anywhere from close to the elbow to the middle of the forearm.

Apply the second pad on the triceps at 1 to 2 inches proximal to the medial epicondyle (elbow). Treat for 5 minutes on Acute mode.

Leave the pads in place. Change to RSI mode and treat for another 5 minutes.
