Using the Y-bar, set the device to Relax mode and treat the forearm for 2 minutes on each side. Paint from the elbow all the way past the wrist.
Now place one pad in the center of the palmar side of the wrist. Place the second pad on the lower back of the neck around the C5 or C6 vertabrae and make sure it is offset towards the side of the body where the first pad was placed. One edge of the second pad should be just over the midline of the neck. Treat for 10 minutes.
If you observe neck or back muscles contractions, reduce intensity. Muscle contraction is not desirable for this protocol, but may be for others.
Move the second pad from the back of the neck to the opposite side of the wrist, mirroring the 1st pad. Treat for 10 minutes
